Description
Enterprise is seeking a Property Manager for future opportunities through a passive evergreen requisition. The role leads all operations of an affordable housing property, including staff supervision, resident services, marketing and leasing, budgeting and financial management, maintenance, safety, regulatory compliance, rent collection, reporting, and resident satisfaction. The position requires at least three years of property management or related management experience, preferably including two years of supervision, a high school diploma or GED, and NCHM COS and TCS or equivalent compliance certifications (or commitment to obtain them).
