Description
Enterprise seeks a property operations leader to oversee an affordable housing community, including staff supervision, resident services, marketing and leasing, budgeting and financial performance, maintenance, safety, regulatory compliance, rent collection, reporting, and resident satisfaction. The role requires at least three years of property or related management experience, preferably two years supervising, a high school diploma or GED, and NCHM COS and TCS or equivalent certifications (or willingness to obtain them).
