Description
Enterprise is hiring a property operations leader to oversee all aspects of an assigned affordable-housing community, including staff supervision, resident services, safety, marketing and leasing, maintenance, compliance, budgeting, financial performance, rent collection, and resident satisfaction. The role manages property staff, ensures compliance with Fair Housing and tax-credit program requirements, develops operating budgets and maintenance plans, and leads occupancy and community engagement initiatives. It requires at least three years of property management or related management experience, a high school diploma or GED, and NCHM COS and TCS certifications or a commitment to obtain them.
