Description
Fulcrum is hiring a Property Manager to own the day-to-day performance of an established retail centre and a growing industrial estate in Sydney. The role reports directly to the Head of Asset Management and covers budgeting, forecasting, financial performance, leasing coordination, tenant and stakeholder relationships, cost mitigation, process improvement, and systems migration. Candidates should have several years of property management experience, ideally across retail and industrial assets, with a track record in financial performance and stakeholder management.
