The Zweckverband “area61 – Innovationspunkt Penzing-Landsberg am Lech” is hiring a Property Manager to independently handle real estate and property management for the former air base site. The role covers leasing concepts and contracts, service charges, maintenance coordination, building inventories, caretaking and utility agreements, vacancy management, cadastre and parcel administration, access control, operational inquiries, and service-contract awards. Candidates need vocational training or comparable qualification with relevant property or real estate administration experience, knowledge of lease and contract law, and strong communication and negotiation skills. The position is permanent and full-time at 39 hours, with mobile work possible by agreement, and offers approximately €46,900 to €64,000 in annual gross compensation plus a special payment.
