Horning is hiring a Property Manager to operate two neighboring HUD Section 8 apartment communities in Washington, DC. The role manages resident lifecycles, occupancy, rent collection, financial performance, budgeting, HUD recertifications, TRACS, EIV, MOR, NSPIRE, and DC rent-control compliance; leads the on-site team; and reports to the Regional Property Manager. Candidates need at least seven years of multifamily property management experience, including three years managing affordable or regulated properties, with hands-on HUD Section 8 experience, knowledge of REAC or NSPIRE and DC rent control, and a high school diploma or GED.
