Description
The LPC Property Manager will lead a single commercial, industrial, or retail property or portfolio, coordinating marketing, operations, financial reporting, lease administration, rent collection, vendor procurement, property inspections, maintenance, and team management. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, a real estate license where required, advanced financial and property-management skills, and AP and CMMS proficiency. It is 100% in-office, requires travel to assigned properties, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
