Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Minimum 3–5 years of residential property management experience.
Experience managing multi-unit residential apartment communities.
Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act (British Columbia).
Experience preparing and managing operating budgets.
Proven leadership and employee development experience.
Preferred Qualifications: CPM®, ARM®, or RPA designation considered an asset.
Experience with Yardi, Building Stack, MRI, or similar property management software.
Knowledge of capital planning and project management.
