Morgan Properties is hiring a Property Manager to oversee the operational and financial performance of an apartment community. The role manages on-site personnel, budgets, collections, leasing and renewals, maintenance, contractors, marketing, compliance, and resident satisfaction while maintaining high occupancy. Candidates need at least five years of related experience or training, a valid driver’s license and good driving record if traveling between properties, and experience with financial statements, capital enhancement projects, and occupancy goals; ARM, CAM, CAPS, MPM, or RMP certifications are a plus. The position offers a base salary of $45,500–$49,500 per year plus commissions, benefits, and other incentives.
