Description
The Property Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of multi-unit affordable-housing properties, including fiscal performance, regulatory compliance, maintenance, resident relations, marketing, and on-site team supervision. The role manages rent collection, delinquent accounts, work orders, inspections, resident complaints, evictions, employee scheduling, and compliance certifications while coordinating with accounting, human resources, maintenance, leasing, and other departments. A high school or equivalent education is required, along with at least three years of LIHTC or multi-family residential property management experience, two years of affordable-housing experience, one year of property management supervisory experience, a valid driver's license, and a sheriff's work card license.
