Description
The Property Manager oversees all functions of a property, including staff supervision, tenant communications, rent collection, eviction processes, HUD compliance certifications, TRACS submissions, REAC inspection preparation, inspections, tenant certifications, move-in and move-out coordination, complaints, budget preparation, and maintenance coordination. The role also supervises administrative and maintenance staff, handles performance reviews and disciplinary actions, and requires three to five years of project-based Section 8 or tax credit experience, property-management software proficiency, and a bachelor’s degree preferred.
