NP Dodge Management Company is hiring a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an individual apartment community under the Regional Manager. The role manages maintenance, leasing, grounds, tenant complaints, rent collection, property inspections, vendor contracts, maintenance schedules, records, and compliance with applicable regulations. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior property management, customer service, or related experience, and the ability to earn ARM Certification; CPM® designation is preferred. The role also requires physical activity, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work in varied weather conditions.
