Description
The Property Manager will manage residential and/or commercial properties and owner communities, including owners’ associations, owners’ meetings, owner and tenant communication, maintenance and modernization planning, external service providers, budgets, and accounting. The role is permanent, full-time at 38 hours per week, with an earliest start immediately and a stated annual salary of 32,000–75,000 EUR. Candidates need real estate management training or a comparable qualification, professional property management experience, independent and structured working methods, strong communication skills, and organizational ability.
