Description
The Property Manager will manage and administer residential and/or commercial properties and owners’ communities, including owners’ meetings, communication with owners and tenants, maintenance and modernization planning, external service providers, budgets, and settlement statements. The role requires real-estate business training or a comparable qualification, professional property-management experience, independent and structured working methods, strong communication skills, responsibility, and organizational ability.
