Description
The property manager will manage residential and/or commercial properties and owners’ communities, including homeowners’ associations, owners’ meetings, owner and tenant communication, maintenance and modernization coordination, external service providers, budgets, and service charge statements. The role requires real estate business administration training or a comparable qualification, professional property management experience, independent and structured working style, strong communication skills, and strong organizational skills. Compensation is €32,000–€75,000 per year, with permanent full-time employment and possible partial home office.
