Property Management Associates is hiring a Property Manager to oversee 92 units across three properties near the University of Southern California. The role manages day-to-day property operations, staff and vendors, resident requests, inspections, leasing, budgets, accounts, compliance, and communication with owners. It requires at least three years of multi-family property management experience with 80+ units, Yardi knowledge, strong communication and organizational skills, computer proficiency, and availability for one weekend day. Compensation is $23–$25 per hour, with an auto allowance, cell phone allowance, and a free one-bedroom apartment; full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement contributions, disability coverage, and paid time off.
