Description
Affinity is hiring a part-time Property Manager to oversee a multi-family apartment community in the Hillsboro region of Oregon. The role is scheduled for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional Saturdays, and reports to a Portfolio Manager. Responsibilities include leasing, rent collection, tenant relations, property inspections, budgeting, vendor and turnover management, staff supervision, and compliance with housing and landlord-tenant requirements. The position offers $31 per hour, leasing and renewal commission opportunities, 401(k) enrollment, and Life Balance Program access.
