RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee multi-family apartment communities and guide property staff. The role includes supervising hiring, training, and performance; managing revenue and expenses; maintaining resident records; ensuring compliance; conducting building inspections; coordinating maintenance service requests; supporting resident satisfaction; and completing reporting and administrative tasks. The position requires at least two years of multi-family property management experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, Microsoft Office proficiency, industry software experience, flexible scheduling including weekends, and legal authorization to work in the United States.
