RAM Partners, LLC is hiring an experienced Property Manager to oversee multi-family apartment communities and lead property staff. The role manages revenue and expenses, resident records, rent and fee postings, compliance, inspections, maintenance follow-up, resident satisfaction, reporting, and housing-application processing for LIHTC, Public Housing, and Section 8 programs. Compensation is $80,000 to $88,000 annually, with bonuses, paid time off, holidays, medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k) match.
