Description
Arbor Green is hiring an experienced Property Manager to oversee a multi-family community and its staff, manage revenue and expenses, maintain resident records, conduct inspections, coordinate maintenance, resolve resident concerns, and complete reporting. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, communication and Microsoft Office skills, and management or supervisor experience; property-management experience is preferred. Compensation is $53,000 to $55,000 annually plus a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, holidays, and a 401(k) match.
