RAM Partners, LLC is hiring a Property Manager to oversee multi-family apartment communities and lead property staff. The role manages revenue and expenses, resident records, rent and fee postings, accounts payable, compliance, building inspections, maintenance follow-up, resident concerns, reporting, and administrative tasks. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of management experience, a valid driver’s license, communication and Microsoft Office skills, industry software experience, flexible availability, and legal authorization to work in the United States. Compensation is $80,000 to $90,000 annually, with bonuses, paid time off, holidays, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, and other benefits.
