Description
SMOC is hiring a Property Manager to supervise residential properties averaging 125 units and 400 tenants, manage property operations, maintenance, rent collection, tenant relations, compliance, audits, and eviction processes, and recruit and train Resident Managers. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, property management experience, knowledge of local housing laws, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel to assigned properties. The position is full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a hybrid option of working from home 0–20% of the week.
