SFV Stockholm Central is hiring a Property Manager based at Riddarholmen in Stockholm to manage a portfolio of commercial and residential properties. The role owns commercial results, handles leasing, rent negotiations, terminations, contracts, tenant relationships, budgets, forecasting, development projects, and maintenance coordination, and leads a team of property-area colleagues. Candidates need property-management education or experience, knowledge of tenancy law and property economics, and experience preparing commercial lease agreements; the position is permanent and full-time with a six-month probationary period.
