Property Manager at Sterling Organization

Sterling is hiring a retail property manager to oversee multiple retail shopping centers, initially including 11 owned assets totaling approximately 1.4 million square feet across the United States. The role is based in Minneapolis and covers rent collection, leasing and marketing performance, tenant and contractor relations, property personnel management, cost control, lease compliance, budgeting and forecasting, recordkeeping, vendor management, maintenance oversight, and coordination with internal departments. A bachelor’s degree, retail real estate asset management experience, shopping center industry knowledge, communication skills, and Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency are required; Yardi familiarity is a plus.
