Description
Northwest Real Estate Capital Corp. is hiring a part-time Property Manager to operate a new lease-up apartment community, lead leasing, manage resident services, collect rent, maintain records and property-management software, enforce fair-housing and lease requirements, coordinate maintenance and move-in activities, and recruit and supervise onsite staff. The role reports to the Regional Property Manager, requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of hospitality, office management, or administrative experience, and pays $21.00–$23.00 per hour depending on experience.
