Weinstein Properties is hiring a Property Manager for Bexley at Lakeline, a 332-unit apartment community with a team of nine. The role serves as the first point of contact for escalated resident concerns, leads and mentors on-site teams, partners with the Maintenance Supervisor on property projects, and oversees leasing, resident relations, administrative tasks, property appearance, and key performance metrics. Prior property management experience is required, while experience with Class A multifamily communities is preferred.
