Van Metre is hiring an on-site Property Manager to oversee Aldon at Keys Crossing Apartments, a 241-unit residential property in Greenville, South Carolina. The role manages a two-person service and leasing team, maintains occupancy and customer service standards, handles budgets, expenses, revenue, leasing and marketing activity, financial reporting, maintenance contracts, resident accounts, renewals, fair housing and landlord-tenant compliance, and eviction and move-out processes. A South Carolina Property Manager or Property Manager-In-Charge license and prior property management experience are required; Yardi and financial/budgeting experience are preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with occasional weekends, and compensation is $70,000-$75,000 annually plus quarterly bonus potential, commissions, and benefits.
