Description
Boulder Housing Partners is hiring a Property Manager to oversee an assigned portfolio of approximately 2,100 affordable and mixed-income housing units in Boulder, initially with a strong focus on Project-Based Voucher housing. The role manages property operations, occupancy, resident eligibility and recertifications, rent collection, inspections, budgets, compliance reporting, lease enforcement, customer service, and staff supervision while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, LIHTC, HOME, HUD, and other applicable housing regulations. The position requires at least three years of housing or property management experience with multi-site oversight of more than 250 units, with PBV or HUD-assisted housing experience strongly preferred. The hiring range is $65,000–$75,000 annually, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, paid life insurance, disability coverage, holidays, vacation, sick leave, and wellness programs.
