Devotum is seeking an experienced Property Manager for a consulting assignment in Norrköping. The role oversees residential property portfolios from a technical and commercial perspective, including planned maintenance, inspections, regulatory and energy requirements, tenant communication, and apartment inspections. Candidates should have several years of residential property management experience, preferably in a commercially driven organization, strong tenant relations skills, organization, collaboration ability, and a category B driving licence. The position is full-time, may start in June or earlier by agreement, and requires travel during working hours.
