BESA Immobilien GmbH is hiring a Property Manager for Technical Property Management to independently manage properties in the technical area, support residential owner associations, prepare for and follow up on owners’ meetings, coordinate repair orders and property keys, and communicate with owners, advisory boards, tenants, authorities, and external service providers. The role requires professional experience in property care or technical-area knowledge, German negotiation skills, a class B driver’s license, and strong organizational and communication skills; knowledge of DOMUS is desirable. The position offers an unlimited employment contract, flexible full-time or part-time hours, training, and a company vehicle for business trips.
