Description
The Property Manager will oversee the commercial and technical administration of a diverse real estate portfolio, serve as the contact for tenants, owners, and service providers, manage external service providers and maintenance activities, prepare reports, utility bills, and budgets, and contribute to modernizing property-management processes. The role requires real estate or comparable education, property-management or house-management experience, strong communication and organizational skills, MS Office proficiency, and preferably Domus CRM experience.
