Enterprise is hiring a Property Manager to lead and oversee the operations of an affordable-housing property. The role manages property staff, residents, marketing and leasing, maintenance, safety, compliance, budgets, financial performance, collections, and resident services, while ensuring safe, attractive, and financially sustainable community operations. The position requires at least three years of property-management or related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and NCHM COS and TCS certification or equivalent training and experience. The stated salary range is $62,000 to $72,900 per year, with dental, health, vision, paid leave, retirement matching, and other benefits.
