Sterling is hiring a Retail Property Manager to oversee approximately 1 million square feet of owned retail shopping centers across Texas, Arizona, North Carolina, and Georgia. The role manages billing and collections, leasing and marketing performance, tenant and contractor relations, property personnel, cost control, lease compliance, budgets, vendor negotiations, maintenance, and property reporting. The position is based in Austin, Texas, requires ongoing travel to the centers, and demands a bachelor’s degree, retail real estate and condominium association management experience, shopping center industry knowledge, strong communication skills, and Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency.
