Description
The Community Manager coordinates resources and manages a community, supervising leasing and maintenance activities, staff, resident service, safety and OSHA compliance, performance analysis, budgeting, and repair bids. The role requires at least two years of industry or similar-responsibility experience, leadership and communication skills, and fluent English; preferred qualifications include supervision experience, housing-association certification, OneSite experience, and Fair Housing training. Compensation is $65,000, with employer-paid health benefits and other benefits.
