Description
ISN is seeking a Building Manager to support a United States Marine Corps contract. The role oversees real-property assets, on-site building operations, maintenance, alterations, cleaning, recycling, safety, environmental, and security activities; responds to customer service requests; investigates repair and enhancement needs; analyzes building-system impacts; prepares lifecycle assessments and project scopes; and monitors contractor repairs of operating equipment and utilities. The position requires physical ability to stand for prolonged periods, lift or move up to 50 pounds, and walk stairs, along with delegation and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
