JCMLiving is hiring an experienced Property Manager to lead a residential community in the York, Pennsylvania area. The role owns day-to-day community operations, including occupancy and leasing performance, rent collection, lease management, resident relations, property maintenance, team leadership, vendor and local-partner relationships, and the use of property management technology. Candidates need at least two years of property management experience with market-rate residential properties, strong leadership and communication skills, organization, and the ability to learn property management software.
