Description
Wiltshire Council Housing is hiring an experienced Property Investment & Compliance Manager to lead property services, compliance, repairs, maintenance, voids, contractor delivery, budget management, and investment programmes across a housing portfolio. The role leads approximately 30 colleagues, supports service improvement and complex housing challenges, and works with residents, contractors, councillors, and senior stakeholders. It requires substantial experience in housing, asset management, property maintenance or construction, along with strong leadership, commercial, compliance, and stakeholder-management skills. The position pays £54,143–£56,293 per annum for 37 hours per week and follows a hybrid working model.
