Placemakr is hiring an on-site Property Operations Coordinator I in Tempe, Arizona, reporting to the General or Operations Manager. The role supports property leadership and front-of-house and back-of-house teams through guest and resident service, safety and compliance, escalated issue resolution, inventory and supply management, scheduling and administrative support, and operational execution. It requires open availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, with rotational scheduling, and pays $26.75 per hour. The position requires at least three years of customer, administrative, or operations support experience in hospitality, retail, multi-family, or food and beverage, with team leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
