InterRent is hiring a Property Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, safety, compliance, and performance of an assigned portfolio of multi-unit residential properties. The role supervises in-house maintenance staff and outside contractors, manages preventative maintenance and building-system inspections, resolves resident matters, issues notices, and supports financial and operational goals. Candidates must have residential construction and high-rise building experience, knowledge of HVAC and building automation systems, familiarity with residential tenancy legislation, and the ability to respond to emergencies, including after-hours rotations.
