Primark is hiring a Property Operations Transformation Delivery Manager to lead and coordinate property operations transformation initiatives across multiple workstreams. The role manages programme plans, governance, reporting, risks, stakeholder engagement, technology and process adoption, and organisational change, while partnering with Finance, Procurement, Technology, Supply Chain, and Retail Operations. Candidates need experience in retail, construction, property, or facilities management, complex programme delivery, governance, stakeholder coordination, and transformation, along with strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
