Description
The employer is seeking property preservation vendors to perform preservation work for REO properties in Virginia, including winterization, lawn maintenance, debris removal, lock changes, initial services, boarding, convey-condition preparation, minor household repairs, and repair or replacement estimates. Vendors must have their own transportation, equipment, inventory, and ability to report results with photos and bids while meeting client deadlines. Compensation is based on the vendor's bid and allowable list.
