Greene King is hiring a Property Project Manager to deliver multiple pub estate development and refurbishment projects across Scotland and North East England. The role manages project programmes, budgets, design briefs, stakeholder communication, cost and value engineering, brand design standards, compliance, and operational excellence. Candidates should have experience delivering multi-site projects in hospitality, leisure, or property development, strong planning and stakeholder-influence skills, and ideally a professional qualification such as RICS, CIOB, or Engineering.
