Keoghs LLP is hiring an Insurance Lawyer for its Property Risks and Coverage Team to independently manage property insurance claims and coverage disputes while supporting lead lawyers on high-value cases. The role involves case management, coverage analysis, legal research, drafting, investigations, litigation support, settlement negotiations, and client and insurer seminars. It requires a Solicitor or FILEX qualification, previous defendant property insurance claims experience, and familiarity with insurance coverage, liability, causation, breach of contract, and negligence. The position is based primarily in Bolton or Bristol, with hybrid working requiring at least one day per week in the office.
