Description
The Properties Specialist provides hands-on support for the care, maintenance, organization, and readiness of a private residential estate. The role combines property maintenance, groundskeeping, exterior care, household assistance, irrigation monitoring, seasonal preparation, vendor support, and preventative maintenance. The specialist independently manages recurring responsibilities, conducts inspections, completes routine repairs and upkeep, maintains records, and collaborates with Property Leadership, housekeeping, and other household staff. The position requires a valid driver’s license, physical ability to perform outdoor and maintenance work, flexibility for weekend and holiday shifts, and a strong commitment to confidentiality and service quality.
