Description
The Property Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and condition of a 38-acre condominium community in Germantown, Wisconsin. The role is primarily hands-on, requiring daily maintenance and repairs, independent troubleshooting, equipment and building-system upkeep, inspections, emergency response, vendor coordination, resident communication, and support of onsite maintenance staff. Candidates should have strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, physical ability to lift 50 pounds, and a valid Wisconsin driver’s license; 3–5+ years of hands-on maintenance, property, or facility experience is preferred. Pay is $25–$30 per hour, with paid time off, paid holidays, and a SIMPLE IRA.
