The role leads and coordinates cleaning employees, plans assignments across sites, serves as the customer contact, performs site walkthroughs and quality assurance, manages costs and payroll, and supports contract implementation. The position is based in Berlin headquarters and on-site at customer properties, requires facility-cleaning training or comparable experience, a class B driver’s license, and strong organizational and customer-service skills.
