Tharaldson Hospitality Management is hiring a full-time, in-person Property Support Manager to provide floating supervisory and operational support across its hotel portfolio. The role may step into Assistant General Manager, Operations Manager, or other hotel leadership responsibilities, supports hotel teams and leadership with staffing, occupancy, safety, guest service, training, and operational improvements, and requires extensive travel, including overnight and extended stays. Candidates need at least one year of hotel management or supervisory experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong leadership and customer-service skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
