SOCOTEC is hiring a Real Estate Diagnostic Specialist in Bapaume to perform asbestos, lead, EPC/DPE, electricity, gas, and termite diagnostics on construction sites, including surveys, sampling, laboratory coordination, reporting, compliance checks, and client relationship management. The role requires technical building education, at least three years of experience, asbestos and EPC/DPE certifications, a Category B driver’s license, and regular travel. The annual gross base salary is €28,000 to €32,000, with a possible variable bonus exceeding €2,000 gross per month.
