Description
The Property Technician will support the operation and maintenance of properties in Halmstad, handling plumbing, heating, ventilation, electrical, building automation, appliance installation, fault reports, minor repairs, and outdoor-area maintenance. The role requires experience in property operations or a similar technical field, technical knowledge of building systems, strong communication and problem-solving skills, a category B driver’s license, and willingness to travel between properties.
