Description
The Property Technician – Electrical Engineering will maintain, inspect, repair, optimize, and troubleshoot electrical systems and other building services such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, compressed air, sanitary systems, and utility supplies. The role also covers on-site technical repairs, commissioning, documentation, compliance with VDE and DGUV standards, and participation in mandatory training. Candidates need vocational training in electrical or building technology, wiring-diagram skills, a driver’s license, and an own vehicle; KNX bus programming is desirable.
